This memorandum includes the schedule of citywide Parent-Teacher Conferences for the 2016-17 school year. Additionally, you can find information about Open-School Week, and the guidelines around the Chancellor's initiative to promote family engagement.
*Multi-session schools and District 75 School Programs are exempt from these additional conferences. Schools will notify families accordingly if they are holding these events at their site.
The September conference may also be used for an alternative event: Curriculum Night, Meet the Staff Night, Common Core, or other training for parents.
June Clerical Non-Attendance Day
This memorandum provides information on the citywide June Clerical Non-Attendance Day scheduled for June 12, 2017. Students in elementary and intermediate/junior high schools, as well as D75 schools, do not attend school on this day.
